MiKiDo Foundation

Womens Program

Building Confidence and Self-esteem

MiKiDo Foundation provides programs to empower, build self-reliance and confidence in women. We develop materials for self -defense, empowerment, fitness, and nutrition.

Women have been subject to so much hurt, whether in society or at home. We believe that even though this pain and hurt has been addressed, more needs to be done. Did you know that about 60% of chronically hungry people are females1. The world holds about 796 million illiterate people – more than two-thirds of that number are women2. About 30% of women worldwide have been subjected to physical and/or sexual violence3. Malnutrition in women can cause serious damage and can make women more susceptible to infections4. At least 120 million women in less developed countries are underweight, resulting in struggles in childbirth, inability to provide for themselves or their family, and limited productivity5

Our goal is to empower women and help pave their way for success. Join us in our journey and learn more about what we do!
